Coffin-End Tablespoon - Or Is It?

This Coffin-End tablespoon has been entered for the Postal Auction, Lot 70, and when quickly looking at it seems fine, but on closer examination doubts start to set in. The date of London 1806 is the right period for this pattern and the makers are Peter and William Bateman. My suspicions came to light when looking at the tip of the spoon, its not as straight as I would expect and is easy to imagine the spoon as an Old English pattern with the edges cut down.

Taking the thought process a little further, I do not recall ever seeing a Bateman coffin-end spoon, so my question, does anyone know of any?
